1 Corinthians 11
| But I would have you know,
that the head of every man is Christ; and the
head of the woman is the man; and the head of
Christ is God. |
| Every man praying or
prophesying, having his head covered,
dishonoureth his head. |
| But every woman that
prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered
dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one
as if she were shaven. |
| For if the woman be not
covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a
shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her
be covered. |
| For a man indeed ought not
to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image
and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of
the man. |

Genesis 19
| And there came two angels to
Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and
Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed
himself with his face toward the ground; |
| And he said, Behold now, my
lords, turn in, I pray you, into your servant's
house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and
ye shall rise up early, and go on your ways. And
they said, Nay; but we will abide in the street all
night. |
| And he pressed upon them
greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered
into his house; and he made them a feast, and did
bake unleavened bread, and they did eat. |
| But before they lay down, the
men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed
the house round, both old and young, all the people
from every quarter: |
| And they called unto Lot, and
said unto him, Where are the men which came in to
thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may
know them. |
| And Lot went out at the door
unto them, and shut the door after him, |
| And said, I pray you,
brethren, do not so wickedly. |
| Behold now, I have two
daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray
you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as
is good in your eyes: only unto these men do
nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of
my roof. |
| And they said, Stand back. And
they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn,
and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse
with thee, than with them. And they pressed sore
upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the
door. |
| But the men put forth their
hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and
shut to the door. |

John 21
| But when the morning was now
come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples
knew not that it was Jesus. |
| Then Jesus saith unto them,
Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No. |
| And he said unto them, Cast
the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall
find. They cast therefore, and now they were not
able to draw it for the multitude of fishes. |
| Therefore that disciple whom
Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now
when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt
his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and
did cast himself into the sea. |
| And the other disciples came
in a little ship; (for they were not far from land,
but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net
with fishes. |
| As soon then as they were come
to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish
laid thereon, and bread. |
| Jesus saith unto them, Bring
of the fish which ye have now caught. |
| Simon Peter went up, and drew
the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and
fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet
was not the net broken. |
| Jesus saith unto them, Come
and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him,
Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord. |

| And while they went to buy,
the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went
in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. |

Zechariah 4
| And the angel that talked with
me came again, and waked me, as a man that is
wakened out of his sleep, |
| And said unto me, What seest
thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a
candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of
it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to
the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof: |
| And two olive trees by it, one
upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon
the left side thereof. |
| So I answered and spake to the
angel that talked with me, saying, What are these,
my lord? |
| Then the angel that talked with
me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what
these be? And I said, No, my lord. |
| Then he answered and spake unto
me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto
Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but
by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. |
| Who art thou, O great mountain?
before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he
shall bring forth the headstone thereof with
shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it. |
| Moreover the word of the LORD
came unto me, saying, |
| The hands of Zerubbabel have
laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall
also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of
hosts hath sent me unto you. |
| For who hath despised the day
of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall
see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those
seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to
and fro through the whole earth. |
| Then answered I, and said unto
him, What are these two olive trees upon the right
side of the candlestick and upon the left side
thereof? |
| And I answered again, and said
unto him, What be these two olive branches which
through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil
out of themselves? |
| And he answered me and said,
Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my
lord. |
| Then said he, These are the two
anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole
earth. |
